we were arguing and he grabbed it out of my hands and threw it on the floor and smashed it and stepped on it and its BROKEN and i'm crying right now cuz i bought it myself :( :( :( OMGGGGGG what should i do?!? it's TOTALLY BROKEN!!! can i sue my own dad?!?

I'm not sure what you did to get your dad so mad at you, but what he did was wrong... Its not like he bought it... have you talked to him or has he talked to you? how is your relationship? If anything he should get it fixed or buy you a new one if its all totally broken, that really sucks. If you did something to make him mad like make the bill go sky high then try to come to an agreement thats reasonable for both of you...

Omg I feel so bad for you. WHy would your dad throw something that expensive on the floor and then step on it? You might be able to get it fixed. but by how you described it I don't think so. I am so sorry about your phone.

well i went through the same thing but not with my dad ..nwayz i got it fixed .. if u need help i knw this guy he can help u just send him a message on daft_punk2002sa on yahoo.com he helped me and his prices are reasonable just do it ... and yea bout the whole sue thing common he's uur dad .... i hope the guy helps u good luck
