The things I have trouble with are the glaring errors in syntax, first of which being "deserve democracy." This is making a couple of assumptions, first of which being that you're assigning an entire country of people a relative good or bad value, secondly that democracy is some sort of end all, be all, or that any system of government is. Remember, Hitler was elected in a full free democratic election. (Relatively, anyway.) Does every country get the ruler it deserves? Well, what do you mean by "deserve?" I don't think you could make the argument that each country does, and that would presume some sort of sense of order/justice on the national/international scale, which history of course tells it there is very little if not none of. There's no way to make a rational argument using evidence given your lack of criteria and also the poor wording of your questions.

Definetly deserves democracy
However that is wishful thinking. Countries get not what they deserve, but what is available- and that has to come from it's own citizens
At this moment there are two major "available" options in Pakistan: a religious dictatorship and a military rule.
Of these two, the military rule may eventually evolve into a democratic rule- but the religious dictatorship will definetly never do so

Pakistan is a case of a basically "wrong concept" and further vitiated by "pulls in diverse directions"!
Jinnah's claim for a separate state for Muslims was based upon the "Two Nation Theory of Savarkar" meant for India.
The fanatics on either side who indulged in ethnic cleaning were defeated in their pupose due to their myopic views!
The Father of the Nation, Jinnah, was suffering from advance stage of Tuberclausis., so he opted for the Post of Governor general of Pakistan.Nehru insisted on Mountbatten
remanining in India as Governor General.
In October1947, Pakis invaded Kashmir and captured one third of it! The death of Jinnah and the assasination of PM Liaquat Ali brought radical changes in governance.
In its 60 year history for long spell Pak was under military rule only.
Whenever Democracy's sun made brief appearance on its horizon, the rulers ' corruption hit the ceiling!
Pakistan's claim to be aMuslim country leaves much to be desired!.
