Once year cleaning? ;)
I "spring clean" whenever the urge hits me. It happens more than once a year, though. All the furniture gets moved and put back in a different place. It always takes me at least 6 months to figure out where I really want everything, and even then, I get bored with it.

I don't and wouldn't know because I am domestically challenged. I'm fortunate enough to have someone take care of the cleaning for me. That doesn't however stop me from cleaning up a mess when it is made.
Just being honest.
