can't open things (jar,biscuit)?

Question

I'm sure that it's not the matter of power
but I always try with giving more power to
open it.
Even other super weak people can open it
but I can't.
Do I have to learn karate , yoga or something ?

Sometimes I use a church key (old fashioned beer opener). I put it between the jar and the lid to break the air seal. Then It opens as easy as pie.
If it is a small lid, I use a pair of pliars.

To truly learn to open a jar, pack of biscuits or door you first have to open your mind.

Tap the side of the lid firmly against a hard surface edge. Keep trying if it doesn't work first time. The vacuum seal will eventually 'pop'.

try putting a rubber band around the cover of the jar, then open it. the rubber band should give you extra grip.

you need to warm the lid of the jar/tin.
