What happened next? After clicking, were you happy you did or did you regret it? Do you believe now that you should not click on a popup?
I'm asking b/c I'm scared to. Would like to live vicariously through others.

i did once...it was about a pizza..it looked delicious so i clicked on it next thing my PC turned slow!!!..........yeah i had to format it..

It's just an advertisement in most cases, as long as you don't voluntarily (or involuntarily) download anything it tells you.
I've clicked on them sometimes, out of curiosity, but not out of interest... but within the time it took to load, I went back to the previous page I was reading... It's an annoyance really...

Yah. Most of them are a waste of Time, and Space. And are Devoid of any true Purpose, Besides Spam, Viruses, More Popups, or Hacking Material. >_<
I HATE them All. >.
Popups are usually nothing but links to the sites that the popups are advertising.

hi lower back Homlet. I even have clicked on many-a-pop up in my time. I beleived that my computing device substitute into "contaminated" with a secret agent ware. It gave me some secret agent ware. THE HYPOCRITICAL POP-UP!

...I've clicked on a pop up by mistakes and then I have to do an Adware removal 'cause it adds tracking adware into your computer...pain in the neck...
