Y=(-1/3X)+(1/2)
i can rearrange the formula
1/3X+Y-1/2=0 but i can't leave it like this,, need be whole number how can i do that?

1/3x+y+1/2=0


get the gcm, after getting the gcm you'll have

(2x+6y-3)/6=0

then multiply both sides by 6 so may cancel the denominator 6

then you'll have

2x+6y-3=6
transpose 6 to the other side

so you'll have 2x+6y-9=0

multiply the whole equation by 6 to get
2X+6Y-3=0
