This is a weird question I wanted some responses to. Here's my story.
I always wanted to be a film major but my high school grades weren't good enough for admission into a four year school so I went to community college for three semesters. I was told that Communication would be the closest field the school offered that would give me any insight into film for when I would want to pursue my Bachelor's.
I transferred out of community college with 30 something credits and started going to a 4 year university as a Filmmaking major. I hated the school so I transferred out and am now finishing out my B.A. as a Film & Media Arts major at another university. I'm also double majoring in Journalism.
I never finished my Associate's in Communication (since I left with the credits) and part of me feels unaccomplished. When I get my B.A. I feel like going back to community school for a semester or two just to obtain the additional degree. Does this seem pointless if I'll already have a Bachelors?

I guess it will heighten my sense of self accomplishment a little. I mean some may argue, "If you're gonna go back to school after graduating, why not go to graduate school and get a masters?" well that would be a LOT more time and money. In theory I could bang out this A.A. in maybe two semesters tops, and I could deal with that. I considered double majoring in Film and Communication but my love of Journalism beat that one out so I thought that maybe having an A.A. in Associate's under my belt, it would look like I have decent knowledge of the Mass Media industry for potential future jobs, and without the bull involved with getting into graduate school and finishing it in two years or so, as opposed to one or two probably relatively easy semesters for an A.A.

**That should say "A.A. in Communication" not "A.A. in Associate's."
