The US has outsourced 1000's of jobs to its neighbor India. These jobs are everything from helpdesk call taker to high end technical engineer with access to major manufacturing backend services. We best be concerned with what happens in Pakistan. It is just one hop over to India where civil unrest will create significant threat to US interests.

pakistan is one of the basket cases of the world, and judging by the developments there, things do not seem likelyn to improve in the near future.whether general stays or go islamic radicals have got a very strong grip on the nation, and god forbid if they ever get the power ,the first thing they are going to do is get into a war with india, which could result in a lot of lives, the world p[owers should take this situation very seriously,it is a much more potentially dangerous situation than north korea or dare i say even iran, that region is home to nearly a fifth of humanity.serious checks should be made to ensure that democracy returns there and those islamic fanatics are dealt with appropriately otherwise there are going to be very serious repurcussions, not just for the concerned countries but the entire world.

It is more on "govern and be govern". Someone love the top rank so much and get united with Plato who emphasis Marshal Laws. When you are in the top, you are living with God and all people are too normal to be cared on.
In comparing with Iraq, terrorists activities in Pakistan is nearly nothing.
For nuclear attack, it is more likely from Iran instead.
Musharraf should release his power to people and conduct re-election as soon as possible.

Musharraf wants to hang in until the next General Election and then he plans to retire. We will no more after today when Bhutto visits and talks with Mushaffaf, the disidents and the American Ambassador.

The worst fear is N clear weapons falling in the hands of Mullahs. If that happens I think the west is swiftly going to eliminate the threat. India may or may not be part of the deal.
Otherwise I only see turmoil for a long time to come regardless of who is in power.

I see a correlation with America. Such a strange effect . I see who has called for protest and who came out to defend him. I saw the power of the police rise up over all the people.. There is no difference here in America of who rises in power. ( the police). and they take the power seriously in all matters of brutality. Once they have become victorious they become an army, ravaging life to no end.Is there no wonder there is division. A set of three. The preacher, Teacher and Builder each with eternity in mind. One set for heaven and one for hell. collectors of sound.

No such thing is going to happen.usharaf will end up loser. he will end up making heroes out of noneneties, and there will be a period of turmoil and instability even with elections held. Ultimately things will stabilise, else another General will take over and things will continue.
There is no need for any alarm. Of course its time to be cautioous and to be on guard.
