Whoa! I just saw that movie a couple of days ago on google video, but it was removed, http://video.google.co.uk/videoplay?docid=8378093052827458757&q=%22saw+4%22+duration%3Along&total=4&start=0&num=10&so=0&type=search&plindex=0 and it is GROSS! But I liked it....lots!
IMDB doesn't have any release dates for South Africa, http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0890870/releaseinfo , so I bet you'll be waiting for a long time.

Sorry I can't help you with a date.
I'm not a huge fan of the saw movies, it's all about the amount of blood and guts! I don't really find horrid deaths entertaining.

Saw I,II and III was good but it's not really something to look forward to. South Africa is already like one big horror movie.

Scary movies just don't scare me anymore I have watched too many and the formulae is too similar.
