on runescape where are the water and mind altars

To be more specific the mind alter is at the edge of the wilderness northwest of falador & just east of the goblin villege. The Water alter is in lumbridge swamp just outside the lost city shack.

to answer the question, the mind altar is nw of falador, and the water altar is in the middle of lumbridge swamp (on the way to the lumbridge swamp mine, basically).

Water alter is in lumbridge swamp. (South of Lumbridge)
Mind altar is north of falador (next to wild ditch)
