I don't ask many questions, but when I do I give thumbs up to show appreciation that they took the time to answer. If I disagree I just leave it alone. I also go through and read other peoples answers and give them 'thumbs up' to show support of their answers. Sometimes maybe they came on late and hadn't gotten all the thumbs up every one else had and I want them to know at least someone valued their good answer.

Not that I ask a lot, but when I do, yes. It's acknowledging the time someone took to answer my question and the information they gave. Even if it's not exactly what I was looking for but still a valid point, I'll give a thumb's up. Sometimes you can tell if someone just breezed in and left an answer just for the points...then I don't do anything. And of course, if it's crude and rude....thumb's down.

Well, I always do...give thumbs up that is. I can count on the fingers of one hand the actual thumbs down I have given out in the past six months, and each one of them was to a person who answered with such an ignorant rant that they ACTUALLY deserved much more than a thumbs down.
What peeves me is when one of my contacts doesn't bother to answer an email I have sent requesting clarification on something. That shows a level of rudeness I don't like to entertain.

relies upon now and returned on extra intense questions I in ordinary terms thumbs up the solutions i'm thinking for b/a so as that it is much less complicated to discover them while i elect. At that component I very just about consistently provide anybody else one as properly. On my in ordinary terms for relaxing questions I do thumbs up anybody till such as you reported the respond is somewhat impolite or in simple terms would not tie in with my question in any respect. I very very rarely ever provide someones a thumbs down, if something I in simple terms forget approximately it.

Yes I always go to my answers and TU those who I think have made a positive contribution.
I used to TD those I didn't agree with but not now, People do have the right to disagree. I only TD if the answer is objectionable or negative, and some of them really are!!!

if someone says something that makes me think, or i think they answered the question very good i give a thumbs up. also if it made me laugh.
i use thumbs down on narrowminded answers that are daragatory sometimes.
for the most part i just answer questions though.
