How do care workers in care settings promote equality and value diversity? && Why is it important to do so?

Show no difference in the standard of care that they offer based on a person's colour, gender, ability/disability, age, sexual preferences, belief systems.

They don't enter any discussion/situation based on their own bias/values/attitudes. (Think about how you might view others' appearance, as an example, or their relationships with others.)

It's important to ensure that true equality exists in the service you offer/provide.

I believe they promote equality and value of diversity by simply show that they care without discrimination. It is highly important to speed up the recovery of the patient..

They usually have a recreation worker or someone who does crafts and that person can include activitites from all cultures. They can also prepare foods from diverse origins to be inclusive.
