Bare feet. Shoes can be loose and I do not have the same connection with the ground as I would if I were barefoot. That is why I do all gymnastics barefoot, why I dance barefoot and why I do every sport I play in bare feet.

Bare feet without second thought.
It was also one of several reasons I played all sport barefoot. Shoes ultimately are made in bulk but our feet are unique to ourselves so really there is more balance in bare feet for many people I believe.

Bare feet... it is more natural and easier to feel if I am balanced or not.

DEFINITELY in bare feet; but keeping them warm enough to feel something becomes problematic...

Barefoot, absolutely. In shoes you have less sensory feedback from the surfaces you're walking on.
