After a cuple of false alarms this year my hubby and I have decided to start TTC next autumn.
Is there any thing I/we should be doing now or is it too early?

I am in the same boat you are in! We have decided to start trying next november (my sincerest hope is to conceive in January and have an October baby!) What I am doing right now is putting away every extra little bit of cash I can for the baby's stuff, getting more exercise, trying to eat healthier, planning to start charting my ovulation schedule to make sure I'm on track there, and passing the time by supporting everyone on Y!A . Email me and we can be TTC buddies or something when our time rolls around. :) Oh, and I'm making sure to take a multivitamin with folic acid in it...never too early to be healthy! :)

Get in the habit of taking vitamins, get in shape, remember to go to the dentist before getting pregnant, get a pap smear, talk to your doctor and enjoy this time. Sleep in, spend quiet romantic time with your hubby. Babys are wonderful additions to your family buts enjoy this time now cause your life is gonna change next fall. Have fun!

Oops i forgot to add when I was pregnant I kept a daily journal. About what was going on with me physically and otherwise for my unborn baby. Maybe you could do that now write one about your life pre-baby for the baby.
