This is all non-bias.

Capitalism:
Advantages - Economy has more drive as there are more rewards for working hard.
Disadvantages - Only favors those who have had a head start and the rich, poor people tend to get ignored as the gov wants to keep the rich wealthy. The rich get rich while the poor get poorer.
Socialism - All people in society treated equally and you are not likely to die of poverty. Money is used to help people rather then make few people insanely rich.
Disadvantages - Less drive in economy then capitalism (although it is still there) and more taxes (but you don't have to pay for services like health)
Communism:
Advantages - Equal society where no one is better then any one else
Disadvantages - Often doesn't work because there is no drive in the economy and the government become a corrupt dictatorship.

It is up to you to decide what is best, i wont preach to you.

greatrightwingconspirisy: The poor are not always in the position to get out of poverty. If they work 12 hours and still cant pay their bills there is not much they can invest in without money.

Socialism > Capitalism > Communism Socialism works great. Nazi Germany is surprisingly a very good example of this. Hitler took a country which was smaller then it had previously been, completely ruined by war and had very little agricultural land and was able to create it into one of the most prosperous countries in existence. Capitalism is also alright but the problem comes when the rich have all the money and the poor have very little or if the top say 1% has the majority of money and control. Finally communism, although good in concept it doesn't allow much freedom. Capitalism and communism, neither works but socialism is a nice little slice of pie right in the middle of the two.

Captitalism : Money based incentive system

pros: The harder you work the more potential there is to earn money. It is mostly a self sustaining system that needs only a little oversight.

cons: Money is more important than everything else. More important than dieing, disease, poor, homeless, starvation, etc.
It is a very uncaring setup.

Socialism: Basically the government takes from the rich to provide a safety net. You are encouraged to work as hard as possible, but are taxed at a greater rate for more you make. In return the government provides a social safety net, provides medical care, food and shelter to the poor, etc.

Communism: This is government based on corporations. The government owns everything and pays the people for what work they do. If you do more work then you get paid more. Resources are dedicated in the most efficient manner possible to help the society grow. It is a wonderful idea.

The downside is this has never been properly implemented. The system requires a vast level of oversight of basically every detail. That is where the system breaks down. This system of government has only been tried in countries where the corrupt ruled. The result is that the resources that are suppose to be dedicated to helping the society grow are generally used to giving a small group of people a lot of stuff.

Weaknesses Of Capitalism

Socialism and communism does work in some instances. When you have small groups of equally motivated people working to a agreed upon goal it's fine. But when the individuals aren't working to the same goals or their motivation isn't the same it all falls apart.

-Communism- You have two cows. Government takes both of them but they do let you have some of the milk the cows produce. Why is it that way? Because that's comminism. It's all one big family no individual really owns anything.

-Socialism- You have two cows. Government takes one cow and gives it to your neighbor. You get nothing in return. Why nothing? Because that is socialism. You have more than your neighbor you should be shareing. If you aren't government will make you share.

-Capitalism- You have two cows. You sell one and buy a bull and start raising a herd. You keep the heifers to breed and make the other bulls steers. You can eat the steers or sell them. Excess milk you can sell. Government takes part of your profit in taxes and leaves you the rest.

Now you tell me what is the better system? Me I like the idea of capitalism. I'm rewarded for my effort. The government stays out of my life and doesn't tell me what to do with my herd. I sink or swim by myself.

Capitalism - those who work hard are rewarded for their efforts with better wages. They're almost always "free" societies - free religion, free speech etc to go with their free market. However there is massive scope for inequality and for corporations to essentially do what they like.

Socialism - those who are less advantaged are not 'left behind', but the economy is still largely free, meaning it's still competitive. However there is a danger that the lazy will choose to sponge off the state rather than work.

Communism - the state owns everything, so everyone is equal and nobody is treated unfairly. Communist states very very rarely end up like this - the party will have everything and the people will have an equal amount of nothing.

The fact that stores in the United States make a profit everyday of the world by selling t-shirts and posters of Che Guevara to stupid teenagers proves beyond all doubt that capitalism is by far the superior system.

Socialism and Communism bind the human soul....it confiscates the reward for hard work and gives it to someone else....instead of allowing the individual to be rewarded for his hard work like Capitalism does, Socialism condemns everyone to mediocrity at best...which stifles the individuals will to work hard since he will end up with the same whether he works hard or not.....Capitalism allows the individual to determine how much he is rewarded...the harder he works, the better the reward...it influences creativity, hard work, and freedom and Capitalism works every time it is allowed to flourish unbridled,

Capitalism-will not waste resources if the market doesn't demand it. Increases competition to bring the lowest cost yet highest quality to the market. Incentives keep a quality customer experience.

The others waste resources, fix prices which lowers incentives to maintain quality living, lower incentives to drive customer experience, lower quality of product.
