Both...some things don't fit in the dishwasher to well....

Disahwaser. And loading it is my job because nobody else here does it right.
I see it as a challenge...how much can I put in a load and still have things come out clean.
The other adult here sees it as a machine to be run every day, full or not.

im gonna miss my dishwasher when i move into the house i just bought. sighhhhhh!!!! the new house has a kitchen thats too small for alot of stuff i want right now. damn it.

both. there is just 2 of us here and it seems a waste to use the dishwaher. i'd have to let it build up for 4 days and even then it's rarely full.
