mmm this is a good question. if i was speeding up, i could lose control and get in injury or death and if i say slowig down. i could also lose control and get rear end if i slow too hard. it both but i will got 100% with speeding up.

Both! Just driving in general can be harmful enough. Something will either happen if you are going to fast or too slow. Its life!!!!!
