Im guessing you have PCIe so id recommend a...
8600GT 256mb. Its new technology. Its fast. Will play all games that are out today. Cheap.

First you have to know what slots you have open on your motherboard for plugging it into. Is it PCI, AGP, or PCIe?
Then you have to know how much video memory you want to have. 256 should be enough for just about anything if you are not gaming a lot. 512 is enough if you are doing a lot of graphics.
I've had a lot of luck with the GeForce cards. You can usually get a GeForce 7300 or so for about 70 bucks.
Try www.newegg.com for some really good prices. That's where I buy all of mine.
