To see:
-Table Mountain (hikes up/cable car/abseiling/enjoy the view)
-Robben Island
-The Castle
-Cape Point
-Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens
-Take a helicopter trip over CT to see it all
-One of the many beaches (like clifton)
To eat:
-There are loads of places all over CT but the best place is probably V&A Waterfront, theres lots of shops there too.
-Franschhoek
Fresh fish:
-V&A Waterfront (again..)
-Hout Bay harbour
Wine Estate:
- There are many... Groot Constantia is probably the most famous, otherwise there are lots around towns like Paarl, Franschhoek & Stellenbosch (all about 30 mins outside CT)

Must see:
Table Mountain - Go up by cablecar.
V&A Waterfront - SA's biggest tourist hotspot
Kirstenbosch - The most awesome garden on earth.
Robben Island - For the history.
The Castle - More history.
Must eat:
Tea at the Mount Helson - Frightfully posh English style High Tea.
Le Quartier Francaise - The best restaurant in SA. (If you have time to go out as far as Franschhoek)
Fresh fish:
Hout Bay Harbour - Straight off the boat, if you want fresher you'd have to catch it yourself.
Wine Estate:
Nederburg - Take a whole day to do a wine-route that includes it amongst others.

Some of the top attractions in Cape Town are:
Table Mountain National Park
Table Mountain offers something for everyone – magnificent views, cable car rides, hiking, serious rock climbing, cross country running, fascinating botany, birding and for the more adventurous, abseiling and paragliding.
The Hoerikwaggo Table Mountain Trail offers you a luxury three-day, guided, portered, catered, hiking experience that links the cultural history of Cape Town city with the natural heritage of Table Mountain.
Or just enjoy some of the many Hikes on Table Mountain
Victoria & Alfred Waterfront
The unique working harbour with scenic views of Table Mountain combined with entertainment options like shopping, street musicians, museums, an aquarium, boat trips and cinemas promises to make any visit an unforgettable experience.
Robben Island
This barren windswept island was the prison home of former President Nelson Mandela for many years. Here you can experience the view that kept Nelson Mandela’s dream of freedom for his country alive.
Winelands & Wine Routes
Cape Town was recently inducted as the newest member of the Great Wine Capitals Global Network. Visitors can choose from various wine routes in and around Cape Town to pursue the delights of tasting the wines and understanding the wine making process.
Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens
Situated on the eastern slopes of Cape Town’s magnificent Table Mountain, the estate covers 528 hectares and includes a cultivated garden and a nature reserve.
Museums
Cape Town offers you an astonishing variety of museums- from the Bo-Kaap Museum exhibiting the style of life of a Cape Muslim family of the late 19th century to the Old Town House with a outstanding collection of Dutch and Finnish old masters.

Yes Darth, Roger and Southern said it all but i want to add a walk in the Company Garden to feed the squirrels, for antique treasures a stroll in Long Street and definitely a ride in the cable car to the top of Table Mountain and don't forget Blouberg Strand - the view is magnificent
