There is a story about the body on Yahoo most popular news. It is in a glass bubble and climate controlled inside his tomb. He was pretty ugly, lots of pictures, all you can see is his face and neck and his feet are uncovered. No looking at him on the net is good enough for me.

Yes I would. I am fascinated by ancient Egypt. In fact I always wanted to become an Egyptologist!!!.
His body is now in a special climate controlled glass case which will actually preserve his body. It would have decayed if they had left it where it was.
It is still in his tomb in Egypt, they only moved it into another chamber where they had installed the new glass case.
Would you believe in Victorian times they used to grind up mummies and drink and eat them as a supposed "cure" for all sorts of ailments. Now that is just sick!!

They had the Dead Sea Scrolls here in my area. I thought that if I looked upon them my life would change. Well, it didn't.
So, I would treat Tut with some respect, and not look upon his unwrapped face.
It's an irony, it is. They wrapped up the kings so that they could have as dignified a fate as possible, and it blew up in their faces. The deceased king is being paraded all around, unwrapped and everything.

I fully intend to go and see it; it's an incredibly rare opportunity to see one of the most famous mummies of ancient Egypt. The whole concept fascinates me and I wouldn't miss out on the chance to see the mummy of one of the most famous of Egypt's pharaohs for anything.

Nah, there is a fellow just down the road that looks just like King Tut and this one is still alive, I think.

No, I wouldn't want to go near it. Ya never know. I thought there was a curse connected with disturbing Egyptian tombs. Reference my earlier question.
