Today is better because it is still on, not yet over, hence the hope.

With each day comes the expectation of the next. As a result, any day which is tomorrow (which is all) will always have the anticipation of being better than the previous one. However, anticipation usually brings disappointment if the expectations are too high. I would say that today is better than yesterday in that it is one more day that I have lived. One more day I can cross off. One more day wondering what will happen the next, until the next is the end.

It will be better depending on how you will approach your yesterday's tomorrow. To think positive and move in a constructive manner, you can make your yesterday's tomorrow a better one :)
Have a nice day!

Of course its 100% better. Because you cannot change your yesterday, whist you can still change how your today ends and become yesterday.
