on summer, u can combine light color, such as green, pink, blue, or light purple. the best color for night out is red or dark purple.
try not wear khakis, or white, u'll look like skeleton walking around.
black's fine, as long as u combine it with other bright color. if u're really pale, u can try different hair color, such as burgundy, or red if u dare. what the hell, dare it!
pale can be fashionable, when u wear something black. why don't u try to put red or fuchia lipstick, for make up. of course, it's for night time.
well, I hope I can help! Cheers!

I don't think black would be so horrible - if you wear it with another colour it makes this colour appear brighter. I have sort of pale skin with olive undetones and when I wear black and white together it looks fab. I've found that emerald green and royal blue looks real nice on me too. They make me look so elegant. When I want to wear a more colourful outfit I go for lemon yellow or a red with bluish undertones. As for the worst colour; I think no colour is bad. For example if you want to wear orange but you have yellowish undertones you can wear an orange that's more pinkish than yellowish. It really can be done, trust me.

Depends on what kind of pale - pale and slightly olive, or pale and slightly pink?
I have pale olive skin, all shades of blue look good on me any time of year, as well as any combinations of brown and orange, olive green. I can't wear pinks at all. I have to be careful with green - very light or very dark green look good on me, but true green looks terrible. I magine it might be the opposite for people with light pink skin.
It also depends on what color is your hair. Once I colored my hair to platinum blonde I can't wear certain dark colors anymore.
I think any shade of blue would be good for any light skin.

It's best to get your "colors" done. Each individual is different. I had mine done at a beauty shop by a person who specialized in it.
That way you can find out which colors are best for you. You have to consider your hair and eye color too when picking colors to wear.
