I'm sorry for your loss. I think you need to do a couple of things...

First - if you have questions about your medical treatment and whether or not you should have had different tests you can consult another doctor with your chart and with what symptoms you reported. You could go to one of the lawyers that specializes in medical lawsuits for an opinion, but they just want to sue and it might not be the right opinion.

Second (and more important) - is that you need to get some help dealing with the loss. Your loss was early this year and you should be starting to put it behind you and move on. Most likely neither you nor your doctor did anything wrong. Sometimes these things just don't work out. Talk to a counselor or a support group of people who have had losses like yours. I am not trying to trivialize it and I understand your sense of grief and loss. Please get yourself some help!

good luck!

I had a 20 week ultrasound, and was once advised via the tech that the complete lot is great. Now at my 34 week wellbeing facility appointment, they advised me that they observed some thing potentially flawed on the 20 week experiment. They were intended to inform me many years ago, nevertheless it absolutely got misplaced inside the process. Even as the various measurements are high-quality, it is possible that my little one's jaw is smaller than it's going to need to be, a situation referred to as micrognathia. So now i'm going to receive an additional ultrasound, without problems to ensure, seeing that they can't diagnose on only one ultrasound at 20 weeks. I've been informed that the measurements might simply had been flawed, or that little one could have had a progress spurt since then, and had the complete lot constant itself. However i have a buddy who expert me that the midwife referred to as her and informed her that she'd have acquired to return in for an additional ultrasound because 'they had been worried approximately baby's progress'. So she was once as soon as panicking for a month whilst she waited. When it acquired right here to the day of the appointment, she expert the healthcare professional what the mw had stated, and he was once as soon as annoyed; the reality was once as soon as that seeing that of little one's positioning within the uterus they hadn't been competent to get all of the measurements that they desired, in order that they desired her to return again once more in to get those measurements - and the whole lot was once quality. Truthfully, i would not worry at this degree, it might be for any reason. You do not look to be looking ahead to lengthy for this subsequent ultrasound, and if I were you i would ask them whilst you pass in WHY you possibly referred to as again in. I drastically believe that if they are worried approximately baby they would most of the time wait a month as a minimum for the following ultrasound, simply to peer if there may be any difference inside the . If they're calling you in instantly, it's extra reputedly that they simply have not gotten the entire measurements that they want.

Amniotic fluid levels may vary depending on how well the fetus is urinating, how well it is drinking the fluid, and how well hydrated the mother is (that's you). I'm sorry but it sounds like the fetal demise occured some time between the 6th and 7th month of gestation, therefore the fetus was no longer consuming nor urinating the amniotic fluid, leading to the decreased amn. fluid level. Just my guess, though.

No one can comment on this. You'll need to speak to a lawyer.
