Not significantly.....rather, this gives an opprtunity for some recruitments, who are good at it. It can be successful only in a large , but, inherently compact educational set up. In India, when we say , "poverty is removed" , we mean , the strata that is below the poverty line , has come above that level.....I have no reason to believe that RCM will remove poverty in India. It sounds like a BIG JOKE !!!
A handful of Individuals will benefit from this and by any standard they are not the ones below the poverty line.
