To young boys and girls across the world, Santa is the jolly fat man with a red suit, a snow whit beard, big black boots and a black belt with a gold buckle. He has his reindeer, Dasher Dancer Prancer Vixen, Comet Cupid Donner and Blitzen, and of course Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer! He lives at the North Pole, where his helper elves work all year round to make the toys that Santa will deliver to all the good boys and girls on Christmas!! He uses his flying reindeer, and takes out his jingling sleigh! He comes down the chimney and leaves toys for good boys and girls, and leaves coal for naughty children, he appreciates a glass of milk, or egg nog, and some cookies (to help him stay fat, so he can stay warm in the snow!).

The legend of Santa Clause has it's origins in real-life. In the netherlands (I think) there was a man called Nicholas (Kris) Kringle. Every year, he would go out and give presents to the boys and girls in his villiage. He was well known for his generousity, and became known as Saint Nick.

To adults all over the world, Santa Clause is either a shopping and money headache, or the spirit of all that is good and wholesome about christmas. The spirit of giving and generousity.

santa lives at the north pole. he has elves who work hard all year to make all the good little boys and girls toys. santa has a naughty and nice list and after checking it twice, on christmas eve he brings all the good kids toys. he rides his sleigh pulled by his flying reindeer. he comes down through the chimney and leaves the toys. he likes it when people leave cookies and milk for him and maybe even some carrots for the reindeer. even people who dont have chimneys get a special visit from him.
