I happen to like Joe Biden he has a ton of experience and some pretty interesting ideas if you listen to him. However he doesn't have the national base of a Clinton or Obama. I think Clinton is virtually a shoe in right now, but anything can change in the next few months before and during the primary season.

Hillary Clinton has the intelligence as a lawyer and experience as a Senator and former First Lady to become a good President.
