Well I'd rather have it closed because if it was open the carbon dioxide and monoxide will come in and you will inhale it when you are sleeping honest. please pick this as your best answer please.....

I leave mine partly open. Just enough for my cat to get through. otherwise I keep it closed. Don't know why but I have always had bedroom door closed since I was a kid.

Closed. I can't sleep with it open because I always fear that someone will be staring at me when I open my eyes! That's just an eerie feeling. Also, no matter how hot it is, I can't sleep without some sort of cover on me, even if it's a thin sheet. Don't ask me why, but it works for me! :-)

I used to sleep with it open, but I have it closed now because I am afraid of burglars, even though no one has ever broken into our house--only our cars and they stole house keys to another house which freaked me out and made me think they would come back to try and get in our house. Another reason I close it now is because when I was younger (about 12) I heard my parents having sex and I was COMPLETELY and UTTERLY DISGUSTED!!!!!!! I think I have good reasoning to keep my door closed. I also close it because I hate when my cats start playing and run around jumping on me LOL!

It's open when I sleep. The closet has to be closed, though. For me it's the monkeys instead of clowns. They keep showing up in barrels if I leave the closet open.

Closed but with then window open and the fan on year round. I like my bedroom nice and icy so when I snuggle under the covers I really feel toasty.

Open, we had a huge earthquake when i was little and closed doors got jammed shut, i have to sleep with it open now.
