There's danger in profiling but I'll say most have these traits.
Annoying about women? They play the victim far too much
They're preoccupiedwith that which
isn't important
Annoying about men? Very little emotional intelligence
They're overly dependent women
:) difficult! Juju

Hmm hard one. I've been married for 8 years now so, I have pretty much gotten used to things that used to bother me.
But, I guess I would have to say:
1. Men need to do more random acts of kindness or love. It seems like us women always do these small things to keep the relationship alive. Guys should do some stuff without us asking them. Examples: Take out the garbage, or surprise us by washing the dishes or making dinner, bring the kids out for a day at the park and let us get some rest, etc. Just little things to show us your thankful would be nice.
2. Okay this one is a funny one but, completely serious: Bodily functions. Growing up with 2 older brothers and now being married I can tell you that you still NEED to say "excuse me" after burping or passing gas. Just because you grow accustomed to somebody doesn't mean you should forget your manners. It's really gross.
I hope my opinion helped you some. Good luck!

Hairy and they sweat more. As well, appreciation for masculine traits is an aquired taste. Only some women are attracted to the traditional masculinity, and those that aren't aren't necessarily lesbian. Masculinity is hit-and-miss as far as its appeal goes. That's why there are so many metros out there now.
I'm glad I'm a guy, because if I were a woman I could never like a man. I would definitely live the alternative lifestyle if I were a woman. I'm a guy, and I'm straight, but I have a hard time wondering what to do to appeal to women, because my first instinct is not to be more "manly," LOL.

Arrogance and the way so many of them look at women as if they are all just sex objects, and dont have anything interesting or intelligent to say.
So many dont seem to realize that every woman DOESNT want them.
The way so many think they are exempt from housework and childcare.
Violence against women and children, wars, greed, lack of generousity and compassion towards the less fortunate. Again not ALL men but far too many of them.
And so many seem to think who ever has the most, biggest and most expensive toys and the most money is a superior and admirable person.
Present company not included of course
oops you said two things?

Arrogance - and that general attitude of a double standard. THEY can have a beer belly etc. yet want a woman to be svelte and fit.
Insensitivity - I realize that this is more the Mars and Venus syndrome at work; but it would help if they TRIED...;-)
Saying what they think they should say and yet not meaning it [ e.g., I'll call you ]

Those with a superiority complex and arrogance.
Although since they both are so close in nature I think I would also add, their unnerving ability to stare.
EDIT* --really liked the note to self!

Not being able to open up or show a sensitive side.
Not being able to admit they're not sure about something and tries to come off as a "know it all".

No being able to admit they are wrong and have the intelligence to apologise. I like intelligent sensitive men.

Men are ok as friends, but that's about the only appeal they have for me.
