or, in technical terms...right atrium systole, "lub" through the tricuspid valve, "dub" in the right ventricle diastole, up through the semilunar valve into the pulmonary trunk, back through the pulmonary veins into the left atrium "lub", down through the bicuspid valve into the left ventricle "dub" and up through the aorta.

In order to verbalize my heart's statement, I have to process it through my mind's language center. I really don't have a good emotional vocabulary, but I'll try.
