Yes, the only thing I have to look forward too are the Yankees Classics on the YES network. The other day I watched the 1978 1 game playoff with the Yankees and Red Sox. I know it was 30 years ago, but that home run looked better the other day than when I saw it hit live 30 years ago. Back then things were as they should be, Yankees beat the Red Sox, Yankees go to WS, Yankees beat the Dodgers. Too bad I wasn't born when the Dodgers & Giants still played here in NYC. Those days must have been great for baseball fans, well NY baseball fans anyway.

Yes - everyday I check to see what the Indians are doing. Today I discovered that Mark Shapiro was voted Exec of the Year which I thought was really cool. I scoured through all the stories on indians.com because I am total Tribe. I also like to follow what free agents might be signing with what team. I felt devastated by the Indians losing the ALCS but I think I have picked myself up enough now to be ready for Opening Day. Sorry but there is just no place like Jacobs Field.

From the Braves first game after Spring Training until they play their last game of the season, I wear one of my 50+ Braves shirts, every single day!!
If I have to attend a social function, I wear one of my many red, white & blue outfits. This includes weddings, funerals, etc.
Once they 're done, I wear black for 7 days, to symbolize my period of mourning.
At work, I wear my off-season red, white & blue wardrobe.
My nail polish is team colors; thumb & 3 fingers are white, left pinky is red and right pinky is blue.
I never buy tennis shoes that aren't white, with red and/or blue trim; one shoe has a red shoe string and the other has a blue shoe string; dress shoes are red or blue.
To help ease the withdrawl pains, I watch Major League(s) and a few other baseball favs periodicaly.
I've been doing this since '91.
I am a Braves fan!!!
It's who I am and always will be.

Its just not the same. Have you noticed the amount of newspaper coverage baseball gets after the season. Its put on page 10 of Sports and its only a 1/4 page roundup. Can't wait until the Spring.

lol... I've been surfing the web to, everyday looking at all the rumors (yahoo sports, mlb.com).
YES! God I'm dying to see what happens with the Red Sox this offseason. Who they sign or who they trade.
I can't wait until the spring! I've been asking for Sox stuff for X-mas to get me all prepared for next season.

Its time to go down south and catch a couple of Mexican or Venezuela League games. I would definitely love to see an exhibition game pitting the Gold Glove winners between the National and American leagues. Spring training starts in 96 days.

I do. All I do is sit in my window and stare in the sky and wait until Spring. In fact, I don't know if you do this, but everyday, when I watch Sports Center, and I see the "MLB" icon at the bottom of the screen in which it indicates some type of news about MLB, I get excited and can't wait to see it!!!
