I'm wondering if my locality or state is even having an election tomorrow. I never saw any election material come in the mail, nor any political ads on TV or the radio. I live in Santa Clara County, California.

I got school issues to vote on, and I'm all for getting kids in the "ghetto" part of town out of a school district that's doing horribly and putting them into a school district that's doing great.
