I recently purchased a home in Hampton Georgia from Tradewinds Communities. However, there were some repairs that was not completed. I also have a one year warranty for the repairs of my home, but the builder ran into financial problems and now they are gone. What should I do? Where can i go for help?

Distance lends attraction. If you run away, you're going to reside like a puppy, sleep like a rat, paintings like a bull, devour the garbage and move off beam and get your self spoiled for ever. When you return, there may not be your grandmother or mom to let you know a couple of phrases of relief. Everyone will giggle at your face and destiny. Mind your college and brain your residence.

if they are out of business, there is nothing you can do, unless the builder had a construction bond, a kind of insurance that will pay someone else to finish your work. Check with the licensing agency in your state if he had one.
