A friend of mine gave me this bluetooth headset when my other stopped working. He said that he did not like the way that it fit. I have none of the documents or paperwork that came with it. I am unfamiliar with it and would appreciate any and all help in this matter.

Go to bluetooth connections on your phone and get it ready to search. Make sure the H550 is charged completely and hold down the button until the light stays on and then hit search on your phone. When H550 is found select and enter passcode 0000 and you're done.

go to connections make sure your phone is on blue tooth then search for the head set and make sure the head set is on. If you need further help look up the phone on the net or call your service provider for technical support they normally walk you through it too.
