Buy some Vitamin E pills/caps from the pharmacy section of any store. Use a pin to prick one of them to get at the oil inside. Use your finger to spread the Vitamin E oil on your lips. Then, swallow the pill/cap.
It's a heavy oil, so you might want to wait until you're home for the day. But, straight Vitamin E will completely heal your lips within 24 to 48 hours.

Eucerin Healing Ointment is an excellent moisturizer for the lips. It sinks in & doesn't have any taste or smell.
Kiehl's Lip Balm #1 is good too but it has a slight medicinal taste.

Ok well I have a cheap simple way to fix that but it doesn't smell nice, matter of fact it has no smell. But it heals and softens lips. It's Vaseline (petroleum jelly). In my opinion it's the best thing to use for any dry skin problem on any part of your body. I use mine all over my face (especially when I have break outs it fixes them), on my feet to soften, and on my lips at night and during harsh winter days. Good luck.

if you have dry cracked lips stay away from the gloss, it'll make it worse. don't lick your lips either cos you'll dry them out more. i suggest you exfoliate your lips (you can buy lip exfoliators from drugstores) and then use a lip balm. ren acacia blossom lip honey is good. i think at the moment you shouldn't worry about your lips looking nice and glossy or smelling nice. just work on getting them into a good condition first. good luck!

Use a clean toothbrush and gently scrub your lips with Vaseline. That works extremely nicely. additionally prepare Burt's Bee's lip balm sevral situations an afternoon. i attempted many different manufacturers of lip balm yet i think of that one works the perfect. And it has an surprising tingly feeling once you prepare it.

You should try Burts Bees lip balms. They came out with a new medicated lip balm and it works great! There's no color in it and it smells minty, so it feels good on lips.

forget about buying ointments, that taste yucky, and dry out your lips. put honey on your lips over night, it will heal cracked lips, and it tastes great. the over-use of lip balms, chap sticks, etc. is actually drying your lips out even more. mix a little sugar with the honey, it will gently exfoliate your lips.

Not sure if this is what has happened to you, but sometimes when I wear the same lip gloss for too long my skin gets a bad reaction to it. It left me thinking "wtf! I wear chapstick/gloss all the time, why are my lips chapped?" But I just got a medicated chapstick that you can get at a pharmacy or a grocery store, and applied that one for a week or so and my lips were fine.

Hmmm..you gotta drink loads and loads of water...drink till your pee is clear...haha..
Also you might wanna consider trying these products out :
1) Vaseline - doesn't taste or smell too great but works well
2) Body Shop Lip Balm/Butter - smells great, tastes bad but works well. Comes in many diff flavours.
3) Butter - if you are at home consider using butter from the fridge and just spread em on your lips...
4) Body Shop Lip Scruff - Comes in a lipstick form...not sure if they still carry this product but you should gently exfoliate your lips then condition them. But be careful you dun get too rough till you bleed. I suggest you scruff then use butter on ya lips at home and chill out!!!
Cheers!
