Restrain her and call for help..have police called and come to haul her abusing as.s away. Next time you see this woman in the store hitting her child, call the police and report her for abuse, if she does this in the store can you imagine what she does at home behind closed doors.

I wouldn't say that "d" is being tough, but if she hits you a good one, and you do nothing, then call the cops, she'll get into trouble for hitting you, and hopefully more for the abuse of the child. Or, instead of saying a word, just stand about 3or4 feet from her, and call the cops on your cell. Then is she does anything, they will hear her. I don't think any kid deserves a beating. A spanking or a swat for being a brat sometimes, but not a beating.

i've got volunteered with the elderly in nursing residences for particularly it sluggish. i'd say the applicable component to do in that concern would have been to in trouble-free terms stroll away, it is not properly worth hurting her over it. She sounds like she has some sort of demensia so which you're able to easily understand that she would have a scientific condition for a manner she acted. everybody is human beings old or youthful yet after all, walking away is the applicable answer to many disputes which could have a violent ending.

1. I've never seen a child get a *beating* in a store.
2. I've seen a child get swat for defying their parent. I don't blow things out of proportion like many people do and call a swat a *beating*.
3. I have respect for the fact that children have a right to learn.
My answer is (f) - nothing. A child has the right to learn to behave in the store and at home without interferance

I would say c. But if I was cornered or if no one came to help I would choose a. I wouldn't run away because I wouldn't want to leave the kid alone with her.

it is not my right to say what she should or should not do to her kid. i do feel sorry for the child though. i ussually say that 'you have a very beautiful child' and if i know the person , personally, i will give her a parenting book as a present.
however if she hurts the child until the child bleeds, i will report it to the authorities.

Try to beat her like she did her kid. I'm pretty handy with those 12-packs.
