How old were you when you had the talk about the birds and the bees?

If you didn't have the talk, how did you learn about it if you care to share?

well, i never had the talk. my parents were very shy n hesitant on telling me where babies come from, my mom told me that "nurses go in the back room where God throws a baby down from heaven" (pretty amusing), i actually believed it too.
When i came here from Pakistan when i was about 12 (in 7th grade) we were watching the movie "miracle of life" and in that video they showed how babies are made. i was amazed! lol
I found out so late because in Pakistan, no one teaches about this kind of stuff, since its an Islamic (conservative) country. Well, now that ive bored u with my story, im off to bed.

I never had *the talk*. One of my friends told me about it when I was about 9. I never looked at my friends parents in the same way after that. Or MY parents for that matter. Then I told another girl and she went crying to our homeroom teacher and kept screaming, "It's NOT TRUE!" I just laughed.

Like all kids of the 60s did---on the streets of New York. The parents didn't like to talk about those things back then...nor did we kids.

When I was nine, from a girl named Lindsey. Next year when My Dad sat Me down for "the talk" I told Him don't bother..lol
