Those little neon fish are really great in an aquarium and they are really cute with their two colors, turquoise and red (red on top and turquoise on bottom). Another good fish are those fighter fish, unless you want more than one fish. I also like those bigger goldfish with the fan-like fins and tail.

I like the beta. They're pretty, and interesting if a small mirror is placed in the bowl. However, they do require regular water change. When I had one, I use to keep 2 small bowls, thus able to put him in a fresh bowl of water whenever required.

you may feed him/her small products of romaine lettuce, cucumber, or zuchini. additionally, frozen vegetables like frozen peas - peel them first and in trouble-free terms feed the interior. Small products of bread. Roll them right into a tiny ball. in trouble-free terms feed 2 or 3 products of food. additionally, a goldfish can choose for various days without being fed, do exactly no longer do this too in many cases.

that all depends on what you're looking for. Neons are good but have to be in groups. Then again I have always kept Oscars but they tend to be on the ugly side and have to eat other fish. It really depends on what you prefer in a fish.
