hi,
i have rash in my groin, right underneath. its red, little pimples and really really hurts to touch anything down there. it also smells kind of funny. it also makes anything like sitting or running hurt. can anyone diagnosis this?

We can't diagnose it. Only a doctor who examines you can diagnose it. It sounds like it could be an STD though. Please see a doctor.

I'm guessing it may be from heat and sweating. Or a yeast infection but I'm not sure if a yeast infection would hurt. When you are alone wash it well, keep it dry and go naked to let air get to it. If that doesn't help then you need to see a doctor. But my main guess would be sweating from working out. Have you changed brands of shorts?

Jock itch. Get some over the counter Lotrisone cream or the generic equivalent and smear it on your groin liberally.
If its really Jock itch, it will be gone in a day or 2.

it sounds like genital herpes. have you had sex latley?
