Not exactly a Perfectionist, but an utter optimist who refuses to give up even under the worst possible circumstance.

In some areas of my life yes. Others no.
For work purposes yes. I am the owner of the corporation and what goes out of our office is all on me. If it is wrong I would never blame it on anyone but myself as I should check everything that I sign.
At home, no. I keep things neat and tidy but sweat the small stuff. My Mom gave me a book called "Don't Sweat the Small Stuff" and it really taught me to ease up around the house. My house has to be comfortable for my family and I to live in, not a museum or showplace of cleanliness for others.
I'm riding right on the 50/50 border. I think it's a good way for me to be. Keeps me and my family happy!!!

Yes, but only at one thing at a time.
For instance, if I'm going to write...that's all I'm going to do...
If I'm going to have a sparkling home, THAT's ALL I'm going to do.
If I'm going to shop and run errands...that's all I'll be doing that day.
If I'm going on a health regime, that's all I'll be concentrating on.
etc., etc., etc........I am not what one would call a multi-tasker OR a team-player, as you've probably guessed.
