Just maybe you are realizing that things could always be much worse. Sorry about your grandfather's passing.

You finally realized that bad things happen to good people and that you are not the only one with problems. Your problems seem very insignificant to the fact that the other two people are dead. I had a caller at work one day start complaining about their life and things happening. I asked if she would like to trade. I had just had back surgery, my wife was diagnosed with cancer, my wife's grandmother had just died several months earlier, my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimers(I am an only child), my Dad was diagnosed with kidney cancer and at this point the woman stopped me and said no thank you. I will just keep my life. She said maybe I just need to be thankful I am not you.
don't worry, by happy.

It's part of a defense mechanism our minds will do when we can't handle things, and you had quite a bit in one day. It's called denial. It will slowly change, and your mind will let you cope with these things one at a time. Don't force anything, let it happen as it should.
Meditation and quiet time will be a good thing for you in the next several weeks. Hot baths, sleep, and soothing music. Hope this helps.

It might juts be light euphoria- al ot of things are happenig all at once- you may very well want to look out of for a crash. IF yur fiancee is being the one like he should be to repair trust, use him to fall on, he should do that anyway. All this may have focused you on hwo fortunate you really are too.

Personally, I think that is a little strange. Maybe you are bi-polar? The car crash thing is what really gets me. I would be bummed for awhile. Weird. Oh well, enjoy it while it lasts!!!

Yeah that is weird. You might be perfectly fine. However you might crash and be aware because it could come and hit hard. Good Luck hope the good mood stays!

Sometimes we're at our best when everything is going to sh*t. It just all becomes so insane that it's not worth being upset about. Sort of freeing really. Enjoy it while it lasts!
