How accuarate is a ultrasound at 11w 3days on june 29? conception would be around when?

i feel like i got pregnant early in april my periods were never normal..... 20 weeks 3 days us on August 20 and a due date of jan 14 th .. i feel like im more pregnant then what the us says.

I would think that a u/s at 11 would be very accurate within a week.
