I had an u/s around 22 weeks and the u/s tech told me that the head usually measured bigger around that time. It's totally normal for that to be the case. Also, after a certain point in the pregnancy babies grow at different speeds. Just think-some babies are 6 lbs when they're born, some babies are 9 lbs--it just depends on how your baby is growing. Ultrasounds are very handy, but some things are just guesses.

The growth of your baby is just an estimation of when you will have your baby! The doctors have probably seen a million births and so they have a pretty good ides of what a baby of 29 weeks gestation looks like. your baby's head lookin 31 1/2 weeks just means that your baby probably has already developed things that a 29 week baby hasn't! IE: brain function, hair follicles, nerves, and whatever!! that doesn't mean that anything is wrong!! Also if you were at the doctors office WHY DIDN"T YOU ASK THE DOCTOR ABOUT WHAT IT MEANT?????? That's why he/she is there for. Let the docs do their job and show you why they went to school for 8-10 years of their lives ok?

My due date replaced two times(April 14, April 22) with each and each sonogram once I basically at present had my 2d toddler. you're able to remember that the due date is barely an estimate. Your little you are able to rather come 2 weeks formerly the due date or 2 weeks after the due date. by potential of how, my daughter ended up being being born 8 days late on might 1st. So do not difficulty, be happy that your toddler is starting to be and is healthy. from time to time not understanding the main appropriate due date may be not ordinary, yet appreciate your being pregnant. =)

ultrasounds are not always accurate, they can give estimates but not accuracy. For instance, my daughter was born two months premmature. According to the ultrasound, she was going to weigh 2 pounds, six ounces. She weighed 4 pounds and 11 ounces. They are not always accurate, do don;t worry. I am sure your baby is perfect!

i wouldnt worry to much about it. if you have sex on a regular basis then there is a chance you got pregnant any of them days...theres no certain day that you KNOW FOR A FACT that you ovulated and got pregnant even the highest tech medical stuff can be off a little while. i wouldnt worry to much unless the rest of the baby isnt measuring right.

Well, they base the due date on how big the baby is, so it's possible to be due earlier, and have the baby later, or be due later, and have the baby earlier.

Unless you have only had sex once, there is a good chance that your due date was mis-guessed. They can easily be off by a week or two.
