After all the smack talk, all the hate, all the cheapshots you fans of those two teams took at each other, what did you end up with ?

A football game. Both teams played hard, both made mistakes, one won, won lost.

Lotta wasted energy if you ask me.

P.S- Go Packers !

amen. couldn't agree with you more.
too much hype about a game that really determined nothing.

while everyone was busy focusing on that game, the NFC got stronger this weekend if you ask me. I will not be surprised if an NFC team *packers* win the SB simply because of all the hype over these two teams. This will only give whomever the NFC team is motivation and energy to win.

All I can say is most people that I know, including myself, lost respect for the Pats after the cheating scandal came about. I still had respect for the players though because they are just dynamite on the field. All that changed when they claimed the Colts were cheating because the "noise was too loud". They need to get over it...they almost lost the game and definitely showed they aren't invincible. I'm not a Colts fan either but they are definitely a class act team with one hell of a coach. Too bad it didn't pay off Sunday.

More importantly though...how bout them Cowboys???

Talking smack and bragging rights have been the province of fans since there has been an NFL. It's safer over the internet than in a sports bar somewhere.

Heh...All I can say is that most of the SF Bay Area was thrilled that the Raiders were blacked out so we could see the Colts/Pats game.

It was nice to see a football game for a change.

Alot of turnovers, sacks and penalties. It was a close game. I personally do not like Tom Brady. I use to. But I have my reasons. Peyton Manning and his team worked endlessly and were tough throughout the game.
