Are you guys talking about the length because i have enough room length wise but im just wondering about the width

Because the ram fasteners might be in the way

I think the limiting factor here is the case. If the case is too small your component bay for DVD drive and hard drive would not allow a long video card to be placed in it. The smallest case would be a mid-tower. Any smaller and you run the risk of it not fitting. You might want to open your case and see how much room you have. Some manufacturers will put a fan or a support beam right where a large video card would be. That's why I build my own computers...twin 8800GTX's...yeah!!

8800GT is slim but 9 inches long.

From the looks of your motherboard, the 8800GT will fit but you can not move the locks of the DIMM slots once the card is in place. Replacing RAM would require you to remove the card first.

IKts, got a PCI-ex16 slot which is required, but it still may not work (it might physically be too big and your PSU may be too weak). It draws over 100watts at peak and require a 12V rails molex rated at at least 26 amps. They recommend at least 450W pSU
