practised by the rascist whites of South Africa and many other erstwhile British colonies in

No. Freedom of religion includes allowing ppl to stay within a religion even when you do not agree with the doctrine of that particular religion.

If the government were to interfere in this way, it would be hindering the Hindu ppl's choice and right to their established religious system.

The law should be imposed to abolish all cast system with stiffer law of punishment for practising caste system.
