Do you follow it? I try not to, the news is really getting bad these days. It looks like they only want to make people look bad. I don't mean by their physical appearance.

you've just noticed it, it's been going on for long time. that's why I stop watching news for like 2 years, it stupid and borring. shouting, rape, scandals corruption. 0.01% of positive.

The news has very little truth today. They just air things that they know people will watch-- like if a pit bull attacks someone thye air that, but no one aired the story about the pomeranian killing the baby because no one would care. It's just a business now, no truth to it anymore.

You have it backwards. The news shows these days are a business. They put "stories" on that people watch. So those of us watching the news are the problem. I enough people stop watching it, or complain about the coverage, it will change.
