Your doctor is insane. She's one now so she doesn't need very much milk a day anyways. She can have water and juice to. If you're worried about her not getting enough dairy then give her cheese, yogurt, ect. She doesn't have to only drink milk. That's just crazy. Your doctor is a nut.
My biggest suggestion: find a different doctor.

Try strawberry milk. Experiment with putting it in different cups, sometimes a cutsy cup is all it takes. Or, and I know this isn't the best option, try 2%. Maybe the consistancy of whole milk is the problem for her. If it is, get sneaky...start with 2%, and gradually mix in more and more whole milk until that is all she's drinking.

that doc is crazy! she'll dehydrate, babies are stubborn and they don't know any better. nuby makes a cuby with a silicone spout that will make it more like a bottle but it's a sippy cup. she'll soon forget all about it the bottle and you can transition her. give her all the water she'll drink and give her plenty of calcium enriched foods. cheese and cereals etc until she will drink milk. i find my kids liked strawberry milk more than chocolate, give that a try. i'm lucky i guess that they drink plain white milk and love it. i wouldn't let her get too thirsty, she won't know any better and she'll end up dehydrated. give her water even if it's out of a regular cup. she might spill it down her face but she'll get the hang of it after a few sips out of your cup, or try the soft spout nuby.

Once my daughter gave up bottles at 12 months she wouldn't have milk either. I give her cheese, custards, yoghurt's, it all has calcium in it. Don't dehydrate your daughter, if she wants to drink other things let her. My daughter also will only have water in her cup, no juice, no cordial she is a stubborn one. Your daughter not having milk is no issue if she is getting calcium other ways. Don't stress, my girl is now 3.5 and grown really well.
Hope that helps.

She could be teething and her mouth is hurting. Try a sippy cup with a straw instead...or give her a few different kinds and see what she does. Its more than likely a short phase and will change but I would not let her go without drinking but thats just me and my pediatrician.

try sports bottles or a straw or any kind of cup that looks fun. try disneys pediatric drinks they are kinda expensive and smell nasty but very high in calcium and vitamins and are designed for children 12 months and up and come in different flavors like chocolate strawberry and vanilla i think

try a new feeding bottle. i had the same problem before and it seems that the feeding bottle doesn't taste good to her anymore. Just try one and see if it works.
