nope, they're reef aquarium corals, which means they're purely saltwater

No they can't. Corals are marine inverts that can not live in freshwater. Some brackish water fish are able to be acclimated to a marine environment but it wont work the other way around.

Nope not even in brackish water as suggested ! Saltwater critters, only, It's a soft coral.
