This has to be the hardest thing I ever did. But if you had to be in my shoes would you do the same thing?

Ok I should start off by saying I have a 2 year old daughter and I found that my husband her father is in to KP pictures a few months ago and I didn't know what to think about it when I saw one of the many pictures on he's MY Book hard drive and all I could think of was I didn't want him any where near our little girl until he gets help for that and until then I don't want him around her without someone in the same room with them at all times.

I just want to hear it from other people that if they had to be in my shoes right now that they would do the same thing. Because I don't want to hurt my daughter because mom and dad are not with each other anymore. But then again I also don't want her to get hurt or go through like what I saw on that picture of a girl and be scarded for life.

YOU ABSOLUTELY DID THE RIGHT THING!!!!!!!!!You protected your daughter from a potential predator, you did thing the right thing that any mother would do.Never leave your child alone(even if it is their father)with someone who is into that sort of thing. You were protecting the innnocence of your child and your an excellent mother for doing so,i would do the same if i was in your position.God bless you and your child,be safe.

KP pictures... Oh kiddie porn. Call the freakign police already. Give them the computers. I used to have a net porn addiction, but i kept it over 18. How serious is this? Are we talkign one or two pics or a lot of it? One or two, get him into some counseling and go with him- have the computer anaylyzed too, it may not be as bad as you think if its juts a couple. If that is the case don't give up just yet. I got over my addiction, he can too. You can also check out purelifeministries.com. Great stuff there.

Your daughter did not ask to be brought into this world, it is your job to protect her from things she cannot protect herself from, including your husband. Child pornography is very serious, it is not somehtin that someone is just cured from overnight, he is sexually sttracted to young children, something is wrong with him. The BEST thing you can do for your daughter is show her what a strong woman you are and get away from him. You should not have to live a life worrying that he will abuse her, and she deserves a childhood of innocence. Empower yourself and leave him for her sake. Don't look back!! Good luck!

That information needs to go to the police. I would not allow my child to be around a man like that. Do you want your daughter to be a victim? You did the right thing!

Without a doubt I would turn him into the authorities. If you leave him, you are going to have to go through legal wrangling and he is going to fight for custody and trust me, he will fight you. Hell or high water that man would not have my children and I would do everything in my power to make sure of that.

You are 100% right and I wouldn't wait one more day to get a move on with things.

Best wishes.

Take your child and go as far away as possible and don't look back. Maybe he won't have the money to travel to where you are. Make sure the judge knows the reason you want a divorce. Proof would help.

Ok, first of all, why are you asking? You know what is right. You are looking for confirmation in others, when you know already what is the right thing to do. It is TRUE. Do not disbelieve your eyes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is true. Do what is right and just for the child. PERIOD. Help? there is no help........only GOD can save this situation. You know there is a danger......if you don't save the child you are as good as doing it yourself.

Take your child an leave now!!! Sexual predators never get better. Print out all his porn onto disk or hard copy and get them to a lawyer now and you are VERY right not to leave him alone with your daughter. If he's seeing it, he's wanting to practice it and it will destroy you and your daughter's life.
