Time is like a river. You cannot touch the same water twice, because the flow that has passed will never pass again. So, enjoy every moment of life.

I like this expression because it is very true, although in some ways you can touch the same water twice, because you may meet it again further down the river, and by that I mean in your future you may be faced with the same experience, ofcourse it won't be exactly the same so that's where I think the part where it says "will never pass again" chimes in. I don't know this expression can be interpreted in many different ways.
